Learning to communicate with a horse provides a sense of independence that defies any disability. Once someone has the power to control a horse’s actions, they gain a new perspective on what they are capable of doing and their fight against whatever life throws at them. This realization creates a welcomed sense of joy and optimism for not only the participant but for everyone that has a place in their life.
